When you submit photographs, videos, descriptions, authentication materials, or other content to Saconde (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Saconde & Saconde, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such User Content for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to:
