Saconde will respond to deletion requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to any legal obligation or legitimate business need to retain such information.
Saconde reserves the right to: modify, expand, or update its biometric data collection and processing practices as technology, legal requirements, or business needs evolve; adopt new biometric identification technologies or methods; require additional biometric information as a condition of continued service; update this Section or its Privacy Policy to reflect changes in biometric data practices, with notice provided as required by applicable law.
Continued use of Saconde’s services following any update to these Terms or Saconde’s Privacy Policy shall constitute acceptance of the revised biometric data practices.
